Baby Aveno products are great for eczema. Also, your pediatrician can give you hydrocortisone cream. I believe it has steroids in it. It does work well. Don't dress the baby to heavily. Heat makes the itching worse!

i took my 3 y/o to the derm b/c she had something that looked like small warts on her arms and elbows ( turns out it was a form of eczema ) and he recommended CeraVe. It is available at most drug stores. It was a little pricey but it will take me more than a year to use it. I saw a noticeable difference within two weeks! I LOVE IT!!

My 3 year old had that for just a little while. It wasn't bad though. My doctor told me to put vaseline on it and not to let it get wet so it can dry out...It took like a month to get it to go away but it did.. If it is something like all over the body i would take your child to a doctor.. there are some things you can get in the medicine section of the grocery store.. I know kroger carries it.. It's in a green skinny bottle i forget what it is called..But over time in most cases it goes away..

Get hydrocortisone cream. You can try other things but this is the best one.
