I'm all for natural stuff, but I would go to the doctor. It doesn't take much for a slight infection to get bad and it can cause pre term labor. I wouldn't recommend wasting time when you're pregnant. Too much is at stake. You need to get rid of the infection and unfortunately only antibiotics will do that.

Before taking antibiotics try cranberry pills. You can buy them from any health food store. It's better then cranberry juice since the juice is full of so much sugar, and sugar will irritate bladder infections. After doing this for a few days, if you see no improvment then go see your doctor.

lots and lots of cranberry juice if you want to do it without meds.. it works, but that's only if it's not too bad, if it is, go see your dr.

If you have a UTI (urinary tract infection) you need to get to the dr and get some antibiotics. They can be dangerous in pregnancy, please don't delay.
