Trick her! Well at least until you can get her to eat healthy stuff. Jerry Sienfield's wife Jessica has a cook book out, where the recipes hide veggies and healthy stuff in foods she is more likely to eat. While doing that slowly trying to introduce healthy foods in. Like Veronica said, a lot of time if you can get her to help you prepare it and she has a part in helping make it she is more likely to eat it. Also ( know this is more time consuming), but if you make if fun food, like cutting carrots into little flower shapes, or making little sandwiches shapes with cookie cutters, making veggie pops, twisters and things like that it will LOOK more fun, thus more appealing to her. Another thing is to make 1/4 cup portions of a couple different things and let her have a variety that way she can have a couple of choices, and may be more likely to eat healthy.( Of course you may not have the time to do the latter idea).I am not yet at that point with my son, but i am the eldest of 5 1/2 bros and sis, and I was the babysitter in the summers, and they were picky eaters. The ideas above worked for me, so hopefully one of them will work for you.

Try something that she can dip, smear and spread!!! If you make it fun, she'll eat. ( Celery sticks and peanut butter are worshiped in our house. )

simple, dont make her kraft dinner. she will not starve herself unless she has a serious medical condition. She may fuss and whine but eventually she will give in when she is hungry enough and she will eat what is in front of her.
Tell her that you are not a short order cook and your house is not a restaurant, she will eat what is given to her or she will go hungry. And do not offer pediasure as a supplement, it tastes great and kids will learn that if they dont eat they get a yummy milk shake!
remember you are the boss and now she is testing your limits to see who is really in charge. Its best to get this under control now before she gets older. another thing you can do is try to make her food look more appealing like creating happy face plates of veggies and fruit and cutting sandwiches with cookie cutters.

Have you ever tried snacking on sliced apples and dipping them in peanut butter. she is 2 so she will react to the sounds you make when you eat it. try saying... "yummy" or "this is so GOOD!' ask her to try alil of it. if she refuses keep it on the table. Tomatoes are yummy too. cut some cherry tomatoes in half and let her pick at them. just kinda eat around her so she sees you eat them. she'll catch on. as a mother of 4 i was brought up on the saying "you eat what you get" and i still live by it. kids cant leave the table. i am very strict on my kids and their eating habits, but i dont have one picky eater... because i dont let them get away with it. i dont mean to sound harsh... but its the only way they will listen to you.
