Just let him be. When he is ready he will potty train. I introduced my son at 2 years but he didn't really train until he was almost 3 and then we were done in 2 weeks!

I have learned with my twins and now with my daughter that pull-ups just don't work. I put them straight into the thicker training underwear with the plastic training pants over it. It is the only way that they can tell when they are wet. I also would put them on the potty every 20-30 minutes at first until they understood what they were supposed to do. If she knows what to do, then start putting her in underwear and make it clear that your expectation is for her to use the potty. I have helped train 5 other children besides my own and have found that to be the best way to do it. I have trained as young as 18 months and as old as 3 1/2. Some kids aren't ready until later than others too. Be patient, and she will get it.

I think you will hear this from many moms: Be patient. It takes time. She will be potty trained eventually! My son is 20 months older that his sister and they where completely trained at the same time. he was 4 and she 2 1/2. They are just different!

Good luck!

My eldest was 4 when he was fully toliet trained, his younger brother was three and they did it together, there body tells them when they are ready otherwise it get's mixed messages and it turn into a bigger problem down the track. Don't let anyone tell you when they should be potty trained because every child is an Individual and they do it in their own sweet time.

just be patient. i introduced my son to the potty at exactly 2 and he didn't take an interest till almost 3 and i just let him be and when he was ready he was ready. i tried all the rewards too and nothing worked. so i literally gave up and 2 weeks after he turned 3 he was completely potty trained didn't wet at night ever and only had one accident. i guess i got luckey huh?
