When do I start teaching my son colors, letters or anything. What do start with?

I'm with Jennifer. It's never too early :)
Just integrate it into normal life. *I got your toes* *poked your tummy* *oh look at the cool red car you have*, that sort of thing is easy to make a regular part of play time.
Sing the alphabet, count fingers, toes, toys. I started from day one pretty much :)

My mom is a teacher at the headstart and she tells me to teach body parts first and then shapes and colors and then names. My daughter is one and is still learning her body parts. My mom always tells me its never too early to start teaching them.
