I currently work nights myself (12 hr to be exact) and it is quite exhausting however i've made it work, I have a sitter to get atleast 4hrs of sleep, and i pick her up by 1pm, and i try to give her as much attention as possible, go to the park, go on lunch/dinner "dates", or just play with her. having a sitter helped, i can focus on her and be less irritated because i can get some shut eye. Best of Luck! :)

Working nites is alot harder then most people think, I worked nights just after my son was born and trying to keep up with my 8 yr olds schedule on top of it was just hell.. I'd say make your days off as special with your daughter as possible.. I dont know how old she is but maybe if shes old enough you two can keep a diary where you write in it daily and tell each other how you feel. Do whatever you possibly can to make your daughter feel special and thats all that matters is how much she feels loved dispite your work schedule. Best of luck!
