we introduced dairy to our sons just before their 1st birthday...how much to give them depends on the child. try a TINY bit at first and watch his diapers. if they get really runny then you need to be careful not to give him a lot of dairy, maybe try again in a month or two. if his diapers are okay after then try giving him a little more. then same thing, check the diapers. as far as eggs...they like scrambled best :)

I have been told to wait till they are 1 year old before into. of eggs. It is one of the most common allergies. Eggs, milk, and nuts. Maybe check with your child doctor first. My son wouldn't touch the eggs no mater how I made them. You will just have to try different ways and see what he likes best.

Kendall I've never seen the Gerber yogurts, maybe they are not available in Canada... i'll take a look again I meant to say the yo baby ones over the mini go, so would you start with giving half of the yo baby then go to a full one

I started with just the dippy part of an egg over easy and then progressed to scrambled and now all eggs. Also my daughter loves yogurt and her first try was the gerber non-fridge kind, great for take along snacks and if the child doesnt like it then the rest can be saved for another time without going bad. Now that we know she loves yogurt we get the yo baby or yoplait kids, they are perfect size and either organic or 25% less sugar.

I started out with vanilla yoghurt with my little dudes, maybe a little less than a quarter cup and I scrambled the eggs for them. Man, they liked that sooo much! If you put a little bit of milk in with the eggs they are super fluffy.
