So i noticed that whitney said she was taking a b vitamin, i take a multivitamin as well. I was taking "slimquick" with hoodia at the beginning of the year and i thought it was a big help in jump starting my weight loss. I had to take three pills before lunch and dinner with a full glass of water, it also recommended drinking lots of water throughout the day.I finished a bottle in a couple weeks and had formed the habit of drinking lots of water and eating much smaller portions, i haven't purchased another bottle since. I have a feeling that the pill was more placebo than anything else however, it did get me into a good habit. I was wondering have/are any of you taking a supplement or diet pills? And what has your experience been with that? I

I put frozen berries, 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup lowfat milk, a few ice cubes and a scoop of whey powder in a blender and just whip it up! You can also substitute peanut butter for the whey if you want! Very tasty and easy especially since I just had a baby and have no time LOL

I am making smoothies myself and adding whey powder for protein. I do see it as a lifestyle change as well, though and would not recommend diet pills....

I agree. I keep reminding myself that this is not a diet, its a lifestyle change.

Several years ago I did Slimfast and it seemed to help. But, I am like you... I think it just made more concious of what I was eating and how much. I am trying to stay away from anything like that, because I have seen several of my friends use those products and not change their lifestyle and gain all the weight plus some back. I don't want to have to take a supplement forever.
