I have daughter Beverly that got cochlear implant almost a year in June and got device turned on in July. I been able keep for most year but start having problem three weeks ago. She got sick and now she refuse to wear it. Help I don't know what to do. My name is Michelle. Beverly is three years old she used to wear the implant on a headband but before get on she rip of or shake her head get implant off
Does anyone have in advice for me?
