Hello, I am a new mum my daughter is 5 weeks old, I have fibromyalgia (2 years) and endometrosis (3 years advised we could not have children however I think H is proof this is not true :-)) prior to little one I worked full time. controlled symptoms throughout pregnancy with exercise only. but since birth things have gone a little crazy, symptoms have returned of pain a fatigue. trying to avoid tablets where possible. I am trying to getting H into a routine so that I can get a few hours sleep at night lol, desperately trying to keep the house looking respectable however I think that this might have to slide. whilst also being a wife. I should mention also being stupidly stubborn. my husband is amazingly supportive when I let him. also have a good network of support, but finding it hard to ask. I am really struggling trying to get out and about, but finding the car seat is some what of a challenge and killing my back off very quickly. help and tips would be appreciated.

I have been keeping my symptoms at bay through exercise mainly paracetamol and ibuprofen, however the last couple of days I have tried to do too much and no seriously regretted it as had to resort to having an amitryiline to see if that helps. I don't want to take it as regularly but occasionally as the sleep deprivation has not helped with my over doing things

I also felt pretty good during my pregnancy. It was soooo nice to be able to sleep well during pregnancy. (Most prego women would not say that was when they got good sleep) A couple months after symptoms were getting worse. During the summer it got much better and now I'm in another rut. :( looking to change my meds 25 elavil at right now. What about you?
