How to De-Stress a Stressed Husband

My husband works a lot. Usually second shift. He also pays child support to a child he does not see, so it makes it hard for him to make sure he can support our family.

Child support aside, he feels bad because work stresses him out a lot, and with the economy, his hours have been cut back and even so the way they mess his schedule up, he is so tired, he ends up sleeping a lot and misses out on time with the baby.

How do you try to de stress your husband or help him get more time with the baby?

When he gets home give him a little time to unwind before asking him to do anything, then give him some time with your little one, this could be done at the same time depending on how he is. Hubby use to take the baby and go to his office check his sites and watch the news so he was doing both at the same time.

Good Luck.
