My baby has been home for about a week now...

I had my second daughter on Nov. 19th, she was in the NICU for 11 days, brought her home last monday. My older daughter seems to be doing great with her, she's 13.5 months, all she wants to do is hold her which she can't really do since YDD is on an apnea moniter and ODD likes to pull her leads off and make the alarm sound. I have noticed that ODD has started waking up way early in the morning which gets my husband up to grab her and bring her in bed with us, but when she does this usually YDD is waking up to eat and ODD tries to crawl in my lap while I'm feeding YDD and takes the bottle out of her mouth and stuff. Anyone else going through this? Sorry if it's confusing, ODD just woke up from her nap so she is crying at the moment.

Our daughter was in NICU and then came home on an apnea monitor as well, but she was our first so we didn't have to worry about everything you're going through with your toddler. I'm sorry I don't have any advice or first-hand experience, but I just wanted to say I hope your baby continues to get better and as a piece of encouragement - our daughter is now 22 months old and is perfectly healthy. Congratulations and keep up the good work! :)
