My 15 month old son almost 16 months was doing so well with bottles. As a matter of fact he only wanted them for naps and at bed time since he was about 8 months. The only probably my finace and I had was getting him to drink milk...now he drinks milk at least 3 times a day, but he will only drink it out of a bottle. I know when he is teething he likes the bottle can he can chew on the nipple, but now it seems thats all he will take.....any suggestions to revert back to sippy cups for daytime (cept naps).

My son had the same issue. I finally took all the bottles out of the cabinet and gave him a cup. When he asked for a bottle and pointed to the cabinet i would let him see that they were gone.

My family bought us these sippy cups made by Nuby they have really soft nipples and Bella seems to use them way more then the normal hard nipples on sippy cups. I think they would help. But of course Bella is a little younger so I can't say for sure. I hope this helped. :D

For my son we used the soft spouted sippy cups and then went to a straw cup.

I would just tell him that he doesnt need a bottle anymore and tell him to drink from a cup like mommy and daddy. Also if you think he is using the nipple as something to bite down on for teething why dont you get him some teething bisquits. they worked like a charm for my nephew.
