Hello.... I have 4 year old Zachary, and we welcomed Gavin and Owen into our world on April 9th 2009. Owen had a couple of complications at birth since he is doing great.

Hi Jamie

I had b/g twins (Jacob & Emma) at 36½ Weeks on 24 May 2008. Jacob was born with Aveolar Capilliary Dysplasia which is a genetic lung disease and has no cure. He died 13 days later. Emma is a beautiful, fit & healthy 16 month old now. I also have an older daughter Amy who is 3½.

Would love to know how you are all coping.

Hi Jamie. I had identical twin girls in January, 2005, at 26 weeks. Elective caesarian due to twin to twin transfusion. I also have two daughters, 13 and almost 3, and a one year old son. My surviving twin had 4 months in NICU, 2 heart surgeries, two bouts of strep, 10 months on oxygen. She's vision impaired and has her little differences, but as we were told she may not be able to walk or see more than 5-10%, those little differences are minor issues. She is a very active little girl with minor vision impairment. She got optic nerve atrophy after needing 3 minutes of cpr during one of her strep episodes. She is our little miracle, and we are very lucky that she is here at all. But there are frequent days when I wish for things to have turned out differently.
