to be honest he will find out for himself he will meet some one bigger better and more clever and won t like it some times it is better to stand back and let him find out for himself he ask to take responsibility for his words and actions and i know this is hard but a few knocks won t do any harm and make him appreciate other people more you will find he is only looking for attention and any attention whether good or bad

is he constantly arguing back at you or is nothing you say right? i understand your probly to the point to where you just want to knock his head off his shoulders or just not deal with him at all because of the constant losing battle. remember its the age they are at. be patient try not to (as hard as it seems) argue or give in to the fight. your child might just be trying to get a rise out of you because he might be bored & he knows what will push your buttons. if you guys have a stressful family situation that will affect a teenager also. we went through the same thing when raising our little brother. it was hard but we had to deal with raising a teenager when we are his older sisters not the parents & doing the disciplining. he didnt like that too much at all, but he has to listen to us & he has to follow the rules. good luck.
