Does anyone have any advice in a couple of weeks my son and I are flying and he is about 35 pounds and I also have to carry his car seat. I will only carry on a back pack and on the way there we don't switch planes. Anyone have advice on stuff to bring or not to bring and what not to forget?

Keep it simple. I'm from England originally, so I have flown back with my boys quite a lot.

I kept things separate... Have your diaper bag with wipes, diapers, Tylenol, snacks, drinks, [whatever they'll let you bring.] There's actually a line of products, it's "Little..." whatever the product is... "Little Noses" "Little Colds" etc.... They do air-travel products, also, I would look into that. I would bring suckers or a passy if that's what your son has for take off and landing....

Then, have a separate bag, back pack, whatever, full of his favorite books, small toys. I always pack crayons and a notepad.

I wouldn't take the car seat on the plane with you- It will be more of a pain, just check it in with your luggage.

If he has a lovey or something he clings to DO NOT forget that! haha. That would be tragic!

Also, I found it easier to have them travel in the body suit pajamas to stay warm, a spare set, just in case, and then have an outfit to change into for when you get to your destination. That way, if they sleep, they can sleep comfortably.

Hope you have a good trip, and good luck!
