Try switching out with stuffed animal. Or only allow water in bottle at night. Cold turkey is an option, but I found that only allowing water made my daughter give it up and the stuffed bear worked with my son.

Either way the first couple days to a week are always rough. Be patient and keep to it you don't want to start all over again, because the second and third time around will be even harder because they kno you'll give in.

yeah i agree with quiting cold turkey and not having a drink at all at night it will make a rough week at first but in the end it will be better for her health and her teeth.

My daughter was born on the 8th November 2008. She does not have a night time drink because if she did she would need a pee in the middle of the night. Just give her a drink half an hour before bed and leave the bottle out. Throw it away. It is not needed any more. Tell her she is a big girl now and just go cold turkey. Should she make a fuss buy her a bedtime bear to swop the bottle with and see if this works.
