I and my family, as many others, spend mostly of our time nude at home. How do you spend your nude time?

We are always naked around our home all the time. A great way to live. Stef, love the fact you go nude in the front of your home where neighbors can see. Haven't done that (yet) but we do leave our drapes open all the time and I enjoy answering the door in the nude :)

there is nothing wrong with the family going nude. Like anything else it is a personal choice. it is not something you should judge others on, unless you really know them. My family are nudist. I was raised in a nudist family also. I see nothing wrong with parents deciding to go nudist along with their kids. It does not mean there are alterior motives no matter what the ages. So Susan ignore comments of people. you know your husband and family and you can decide what is best. It is always easier for family to grow as nudist when the kids are started from diapers or birth as nudist.

I have a bit of a different experience. I was raised in a fairly conservative home, but my mum died when I was 10. My dad hit the bottle due to his depression and it meant I spent a lot of my time from 11 until i left home at 18 with my maternal grandmother. She was very casual about clothes at home and it usually depended on the weather. I found that I loved running around her farm naked and as it was just the 2 of us there, I did that most of the time.
I went off to university after school and unfortunately they aren't so understanding lol. So it was clothes almost constantly for the next few years, although I did have 1 roommate who was fine with me being nude in our room all the time, but that's a whole other story lol.
I met my future husband at uni and eventually we married. He was fine with me being nude at home all the time. We had 2 children and never made them wear clothes either. My hubby was happy being nude in the warmer weather by that time as well.
Our circumstances changed a bit when my son was 4 and my daughter was 2. It meant I needed to go back to work. Naturally, the kids were going into day care. Well hubby freaked out and decided that we all had to wear clothes at all times from the moment we made that decision. I disagreed but he was adamant he didn't want the kids telling the day care teachers that mummy and daddy don't wear clothes at home. I felt it was such an over reaction, but to keep the peace, I went along.
4 years later we had reached the end of our rope with each other (also another story) and divorced. For the record, we remain friends and it has been better for both of us.
So the kids were 6 and 8 & summer was upon us once everything settled down. I just stopped wearing clothes again. I suppose it took the kids by surprise a little. Neither of them remembered being nude all the time previously (a good indication it felt completely normal for them back then). But they were pleased not to have to wear clothes in the hot weather anymore and after a day or 2 of giggles, particularly from my mischievous son, it became the norm once again.
They are 15 and 17 now and my daughter and I still go nude almost always at home unless its cold. My son became rather self conscious when puberty struck and has been in the habit of wearing boxer shorts at home 24/7........even in the depths of winter; go figure! I don't judge him for wearing them nor does he judge us for being naked. That's the benefit of being raised this way, I think.
The bottom line is, like most people in our situation, when nudity is the norm at home, it is nothing more than that. I love it and I have to be brutally honest and say it has been a wonderful experience to witness my beautiful children blossom into adulthood.
We have a reasonable private yard with a lovely inground pool. I sunbathe and swim naked unless we have visitors. As the kids have gotten older, I now still sunbathe topless when their friends are over & it may surprise some to know that hasn't caused any issues at all. Kids are far more tolerant than adults, I think.
Thanks for starting this thread Sole. I hope people continue to contribute to it.
Annette xx

Samantha,
I am glad that you posted here. I just read what you said and I know you and your family will be healthier and happier because they see nudity in the family every day and accept the state of nudity as being natural with no negative thoughts. I applaud you for you for sharing what this has done for you and your family.
Patrick

We never did. When they did go to daycare it was in as little as possible. Much easier when they were younger. When they got to school age, my in-laws watched them after school, so it was easy for everyone.

We are nude 24/7 and moved to a nudist resort/campground for good. It's me and my husband and our teenage 14 yr old twins (boy & girl)... we swim nude, eat in the nude, sleep, play board games, watch tv and/or movies all that while being nude. We was born nude, why not live it nude?!?

This summer, for the first time our family spent nearly all our time at home in the nude. Previously our nudity was limited to the swimming pool, before bedtime and early mornings as we all sleep in the nude, and weekend mornings when no one was in a hurry to get dressed. However, I always insisted we get dressed during the day. A new friend shared how her family sheds their clothes when warm weather arrives and I was convinced to give it a try. It worked out well for us. With summer over we're dressed a bit more often, but it's a more relaxed dress code here now.

We are all nude round the house, my bf and two boys aged four and seven. I garden and sunbathe nude, both in the front and backyard., without any hassles from nosy neighbours. All housework is done nude.
I am always barefoot, both round the house and out shopping etc....closest to being completely nude without causing a fucking stir at the shopping centre!

Well we just became nudist at home earlier this year. Pretty much we just hang out and stuff.

[deleted account]

We spend most every moment nude at home. Hubby, my two daughter (8&6) and myself go about our daily lives nude. We eat, watch TV, swim, ride bikes, roller blade, garden, yard work and housework and the girls play without the bother of clothes,

hello my mother took me in during my divorce, she was nudist and help raise my children when i was at work. i was shy at first, i took to it slowly. but opened up to the idea of living in a nudist enviroment, to this day we are a better and relaxed close family for that. very open and accept each other for who they are. we do everything nude together as i think most families should, it breaks down the barriers of every day life constrictions, stress, depression, anxiety, it all went away for me, at home we are proudly nude here.
