I have an 8 year old daughter that suffered an OBPI in 2002, she is getting closer to bra age and interested in boys age. She is growing up and becoming more aware of her arm not being the same as her left...any one else dealing with the insensitivity of children?

Hi back :) I know for a fact that kids can and will be insensitive with anyone who is a tiny bit or alot diffent than "the group" .... our daughterhas ROBPI, she is also 8, not into boys and not near bra sizing yet, i know lucky me ;0) but she has just started this year having trouble dealing with some other children mre than normal, but my main issuse is having to watch for the adults that see what goes on and lets the kids "work it out" our girl has been though 2 surgerys and I worry about when the adults let other kids pull on her arm and/ or make fun of her over it. would love to chat more and keep in touch as I have not found anyone else Angelina's age to talk to0/ with.
