Does anyone have any money saving tips?

Does anyone have any money saving tips on buying organics? It seems to me coupons on organic products are hard to come by. Every penny counts for me/our family these days. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The single most life- impacting change we made was joining an organic buying club (a bit smaller than a co-op). We get wholesale cost on virtually every household item. I am talking ALL of our produce, most of our pantry, baking, cooking, and lunch packing items. Through Frontier Organice we get wholesale cost on all our toiletries, personal items, kitchen items, socks, vitamins, and on and on... And the best part is we get a lot of our things locally. Everything I buy now is chemical, hormone, GMO, antibiotic, paraben, sulfate, and pesticide free and I spend almost the same amount of money as I did before. I would highly encourage everyone to check out their area for a co-op for an organic buying club. It helps save money, the planet, farms and so much more!

I certainly know what it's like to live on a very tight budget. When money is tight it can difficult to live sustainably. My advice to you would be to take stock of the things you use everyday. Do you really need everything you use? Do your homework and learn to make things at home. It's cost effective, and you know what your using/eating is wholesome and organic. Also, look for sale items - it's a great way to try new things.

Peace. ;)
