I'm Kari I have a wonderful 5month old son and I just recently (last october) married the man I have been with for 9 years now. We had a very generic wedding but we did jump the broom. I have been practicing my whole life as this is the way I was raised. I am open about my belief but at the same time keep it private. I do not need the acceptance of other people to know what I believe to be true I have several friends who are very christian and attend church every sunday, we are great friends they know what I believe and I know what they believe. They never invite me to church events and I don't invite them over for dinner on the sabbaths its a relationship that works well for all of us. I do not Blare my thoughts or religion but I do not hide it either I try to not offend others just as many of them try not to offend me. I am raising my son in what some consider to be an odd way but it is what I believe in. We do not allow any TV unless it is educational (no wiggles, no dora, no spongebob, no yo gabba gabba), we allow NO religious material in our home (no little noah's ark books, no god loves all the children) and I am not leading my son in the direction of any religion I want him educated on what everyone believes. We will explain to him what every different religion believes (pointing out the holes in all of them) and leave it to him to decide which path he chooses to follow. This is something me and my husband decided on very early and I honestly cant believe how many people are judging me negatively for this (pagan, christian, catholic). I prefer to allow my children to make educated decisions then later in life feel he was pushed and didnt have a choice

Sarah, i have my daughter who is 3 1/2 years old, help mix my herbs. It not only gets her involved but, helps her learn how to count. I've introduced her to some of the tools and allowed her to experiment with them on her own. Hope that helps.

My name is Sarah and I have a wonderful 2 year old son. We have recently left his abusive father. His father would not let me practice, so it has been awhile since I have done any rituals.
Now that we are in a safe place I have begun openly practicing again. I am hoping to involve my son as much as possible with my sabbat rituals. It would be nice to hear how other moms involve their children in a safe and interesting way.
Blessed Be.

My name is Michelle and I have a wonderful 2 1/2 year old daughter who I finally got potty trained(YAY me!)

I have traveling a spiritual path leaning towards Wicca for 7 years now... with a great big distance of falling off the wagon for about 3 and half years now. I am finally feeling like it is time to come back to myself and to start traveling down the spiritual road again.

When I was practicing, I was a solitary practitioner dealing in primarily with candle magic and protection/banishing spells. However, now that I'm older, I would like to venture into more areas of practice as well.

I would like to teach my daughter to be open-minded and respect all religions and thought. I'm not a very open about my beliefs to most of my family and friends.. and definitely not my parents. My dad would not understand at all(and would probably disown me). My mom might be slightly open to it but it would rock our relationship to the foundations... so I do what I have to do to make sure my daughter has her grandparents in her life.

I look forward to learning more and sharing ideas from everyone. Blessed Be!

My name is Venus. I am 28 years old and have been practicing the Craft since I was 12. I have been mostly solitary for my whole Craft-life. I have tried to join a few covens, but most of the time I find it hard to adjust my worship and circle formations to ho others view the "right" way to worship.

I have come to several circle meetings in our general pagan community. I would like to be more openly active, but I worry for the safety of my son both physical and emotional. My area is very closed minded and the pagans that are very loud are subject to verbal and sometimes physical assault.

My husband and I are raising our son Pagan, and are looking to move once he is done with his EMT classes to an area that has a much larger, safer pagan community.

My expertise is kitchen witchery and protection spells. I also have a gift for banishing spells. My inspirations are celtic, druid, isis worship, greek, the Magdalene, gypsy (Romani), and native american.
