PTSD Bulling & Suicide Attempts

My 15 year old daughter has attempted suicide 4 times since June of this year. She has had multiple hospital inpatient, behavioral health hospital, and is now in a Residential Treatment Center for almost a month now. She is absolutely stunning, very smart, and is always at the top of every extra curricular activity she participates in..... BUT she is the target of brutal bullying and has ZERO self worth. She is our youngest of 3 daughters, the other two are in college. I am at a loss and am so scared to bring her home. Our home is 100% safe but that didn't prevent the last attempt - she left her school after being dropped off and walked to Walmart where she bought Advil PM, Tylenol PM and a bottle of water and attempted in their bathroom. I have sought counseling for myself but there appears to be little know of support groups for parents. I know I'm not alone in this... Is anybody out there? Mom from the DFW area in Texas.

No. You are not alone. My daughter attempted the night before Thanksgiving. I have searched for articles to read, but I am only finding information on how to help my child cope and recover. I need to cope and recover too! I now have all our medications locked up and have arranged things so that she is never really alone, but I know at some point I will have to let her be by herself again. She thinks she is ready. I'm the one who isn't ready. Maybe you and I can talk and help support each other.
