Try this http://www.thesneakychef.com/
It's never too late. Just stop buying pop and junk food, so when he opens the fridge he'll be faced with many healthy foods. Try reward system, carrots and beans for a scoop of ice cream. If he likes cooking/ playing with food, maybe you could cook together, make it fun, he's more likely to eat something he made himself. Just throwing a few ideas out there.

It is never too late to change his diet. First, cut out the pop and junk food. You have the choice to give him those things or not. You are in charge not him. If he throws a fit about it, let him. It sounds like he likes a lot of things that are pretty healthy already. Instead of Sunny D, only provide 100% juice. With the fruits and veggies, you just have to keep trying different ways. Always offer them and make him eat at least one of each. You can make fruit smoothies, with frozen fruit and juice but add a little spinach and carrot, then add some vanilla icecream to make more like a milkshake. When I first tried to get my son to eat green beans, the only way I could get him to eat them was to dip them in yogurt. Just keep trying different things and stay firm. It is your job to make sure he is healthy and learns healthy eating habits now. Just don't give up.
