My grandson had problems at school too similar to this and they called in a social worker and psychologist to observe him to see what was prompting his outbursts. He has since been put into a different class with fewer children and more teachers and he has excelled. It is a class that teaches the same things, they just focus alot more on behavior issues. My grandson's outbursts were separation anxiety related because his mother has little to do with him, but each child has their own concerns/fears that sometimes cause them to act out. Be patient, it will work out.

She, the teacher, and the boy need to have a meeting to discuss the new developments in his behaviour. What seems to be triggering it? What has changed (in the classroom, at home, at daycare)? Has the other student been antagonizing your grandson?

Once they've met, and determined what's going on, they will be able to take steps as a team to correct things.
