Powder formula and fussy

When my baby was first born, she was on the Enfamil A+ liquid formula. But it was making her constipiated and really gassy, so i switched to the Enfamil lower iron liquid formula and she was good. But now she just turned 3 months, and about a week ago i started her on the Enfamil A+ powder, but she seamed to be getting a lot more gassy again so i then switched to Goodstart 2 days ago. But ever since i started her on powder formula, she has been really fussy and just dosen't want anything other than to cry (so it seams) we try everything but she is still fussy for 70% of the day. Is this because of the change in formula, or that shes 3 months old and just changing?

You gotta stop changing her stuff all around I think. She's way young and her digestive system can't handle it. Slowly blend her back over to what she did well with and then stay with it unless DR says otherwise.

Try going back to the liquid formula and if she improves you have your answer. I would say it's the formula change. My daughter was never able to tolerate the power type either. Good luck!
