She NEVER complains!! HELP!

My daughter will be 5yrs old on Wednesday.
She NEVER tells me if something is hurting her or how her day went. I know lots of mothers who complain all the time because their child complains all the time, but my daughter doesn't!!! And I WANT her to!
She doesn't wipe and if she does, she doesn't do so properly. I have tried explaining to her how to wipe and if she doesn't she will get really bad owies, but it's like she doesn't care.
She has vaginitis (rash, swelling & redness) and we believe she has an UTI, have to take in a urine sample, but the office is closed on the weekends.
She had about 5 accidents in about 1.5wks, she wet the bed twice, which she has NEVER done! This is what lead me to suspect something going on. Called the doc, took her in, and this is where we are. But when I first called and talked to the nurse, the nurse asked if it hurt when she went potty and she said, "No, it burns". She had never said a word to me about this!!
I would think that she would have told me after the first time she felt the burning feeling.
Why doesn't she tell me these things? I feel bad, like I'm failing her as her mother. I do have a 7m old son and I'm still breastfeeding him so he soaks up a LOT of my time, but I try to watch movies with her, play games, and I can't wait for it to get warm again so we go to the park, but having a 7m old who is REALLY a momma's boy and breastfeeding is really hard.

Try having a Heart to heart talk and explain that you need to know the good things and bad things. Tell her sometimes something that hurts is no big deal and other times it needs medicine. Let her know you worry that she doesn't tell you these things and maybe she could try to share with you more.

Oh, wow! She doesn't tell anyone. She was upstairs by her grandma's and they asked why she had an accident at school and she just said she didn't know she had to go, but didn't mention the pain. She hasn't really gone anywhere else. I'm going to get the flush-able wipes.

My 5yo does the same thing. I don't think they realize it's not normal. She didn't tell me until she was in so much pain I had to take her to the emergency room. She had a severe UTI.
She may also feel more comfortable telling someone else.
My daughter also doesn't wipe well and gets very sore, we have to use flushable wipes now because of it. I think it's the age.
