Sleeping in my room at night!

My six year old still sneaks into my room at night to sleep. HELP! How do I put an end to this?

History: He is 6. He only stayed in our room until he was 3 months old, and then was put into a room with his brother. At 3 he got his own room but he was really sick, with undiagnosed kidney failure, and would be in our room a lot during his sick periods. When he was 5 he had surgery and has been pretty healthy since then. But, he is about to turn 7 and I still wake up and find him on the floor next to my bed. I need help to end this. I have asked him why he comes into my room. I have asked him to stop doing it. I have even told him that unless he is really sick he is not allowed to come in to my room. We have even moved him back in with his brother to see if he needs to be in the same room with someone else. Nothing I've tried has worked.

Why is he coming into your room? Would the other brother mind if he slept in the same bed until he got used to sleeping in his room?

I would try a reward system, if he sleeps in his own room for so many nights, he gets a treat. The treat can be material or just quality time with you doing something he enjoys. You can increase the number of nights each time until it is no longer an issue.
