I'm sorry it has taken me so long to post the poem. I went back to work after a year off and now have a 7 month old so I haven't found time to get to the computer. Hope you check back and the poem is helpful to anyone interested. I do one letter per page. Sometimes only one pic sometimes multiple to tell the story.

I have one each for my 6 and 4 year old and they really enjoy having a book about themselves.

A is for angel, sent from above.

B is for Baby smothered in love.

C is for Cute as can be.

D is for Diapers and changing them for me.

E is for Everything baby and more.

F is for Father walking the floor.

G is Glad you are finally here.

H is for Hiccups that are funny and dear.

I is for Icky stick messing.

J is for Jesus and His blessing.

K is for Kisses, Kindness, and Keep.

L is for Love so wide and so deep.

M is for Mommy and her loving arms.

N is for Never coming to harm.

O is for Oat cereal and later cheerios.

P is for Precious little fingers and toes.

Q is for Quiet, baby is sleeping.

R is for Relatives always peeping.

S is for Sleep, but not for your folks.

T is for Tub and all those long soaks.

U is for Unconditional Love from your parents.

V is for Very active as you will soon merit.

W is for Wakeful, Watchful, and Wise.

X is for Xtra special light you brought to our eyes.

Y is for You - who is bright as the sun.

Z is for the Zest you gave us little one.

creative memories has a great cd for this. you can make hardcover books by using digital photos, and you can even fix your pics too. also there is a good website to go on... www.splitcoaststampers.com.... there is lots of tutorials for you on there. let me know if this helped. sara

The simplist is an alphabet book.

For example:

"A is for Angel sent from above" I put my newborn pic on this page and maybe a sticker or two that matches the theme.

"B is for Baby smothered in love" I put different pics of peole holding the baby.

"C is for Cute as can be"

"D is for Diapers and changing them for me." ETC.

Let me know if you would like the rest of the alphabet poem. I can even send you my Shutterfly community page to see an example if you would like.

Hi Karrie, LOVE scrapbooking and sharing ideas. I have a question first. Do you use regular pictures or ones on your computer from a digital camera?

I am going to bed now, but I will try and check back tomorrow durring the day to see if you use more computer pictures or the regular kind you can cut by hand.

I can help you either way, but I will be more helpful if I know what kind of pictures you are more comfortable working with.
