I'm getting married in July and weigh as much as I did when I was pregnant. I look like I just had him. WONDERFUL birth control pooched me back up! Anything work for you guys?

cut down on carbs! I did something called metabolic balance last year and i shed 25 kg in 6 mths. They take your blood and according to your results you get a list of food which is good for you. And it is mainly vegetables, some fruit and protein rich food (cheese, meat, tofu, soya, eggs, chick peas etc) Hardly any carbs like pasta rice bread. only rye bread and sometimes potatoes.

Also, keep 5 hours inbetween meals, your body needs this time to digest everything. Drink lots of water (i always aim for 4 litres a day).

Stay away from light products. They quite often contain more sugar or more starch or other unhealthy components! Hope that helps! If you have more questions contact me :)

The best tip that I can give you is , try to burn 500 calories when ever you work out, drink the protein shakes two times a day instead of snacks...... one more thing, I've been using the P90X and it works, it really does.....
