My little girl wakes up in the night too. Most nights it's only once or twice, but some nights it's every hour. I think it's when her teeth are hurting or something is bothering her that she's up more. She has started to go back to sleep on her own, just fussing for a few minutes then rolling over and going back to sleep. I don't have any advice, just a sympathetic shoulder and the hope that our babies will start sleeping longer on their own! :)

My little on goes down about 8ish and wakes up once for a bottle. He drinks the whole thing so obviously hungry and then wakes again at 6.30. Just try feeding him/her before you go to bed.

I will tell you this, and this is something that has helped me and my son has been sleeping through the night since he was 6 months. If you give your child a bottle before bed, know that when you child wakes up she or he is not hungry just restless. Decrease the amount of bottles that you give her when she wakes up in the middle of night, Slowly ending night feeding altogether. And pat him or her to sleep without picking him or her up. They just need to know that its not wake time, its sleep time. Don't turn on the ligts keep everything off, and give a few pats on the back to let your child know that you are their for them but its sleep time. This is something that worked for us. He has been night waking free for 3 months.
