ok, so i'm recently separated, and both my ex and I have new partners. However, I just found out today that my ex is encouraging my daughters to call his new girlfriend "mommy" *growls* as much as I know this is an age thing for my girls (under 3) it erks me because I do not encourage or enforce them to call my new man "daddy".

Before instinct takes over and thoughts of confrontation to the new girl happen, I need advice on how to approach that this freaking hurts!!

or am I just over reacting...

Hi

Please hold you ground. Your child shoud know you as mom and her dad as dad and that's it!!

If not she will become mixe up as she grow up as of how is how!!

But do not forget what goes for him will have to go for you.

His girlfriend is 123 and you boyfriend is 456 not mom or dad.

Hang in there, you are a good mom :O)
