There is a remedy that i just started using you can buy it at ne health food store of Vitamin shop call NO more Monsters! They dissolve under their tongue... My daughter has not woken up during the night at all since i started giving her this remedy! Hope that helps!

I didn't have a good sleeper. My daughter was faithfully up each and every night around 3 AM to eat. She is now two and for the most part sleeps thru the night at this point, but this is new. Even when she was an older baby, she would wake up and scream because she couldn't find her pacifier, or just because she wanted to be in the bed with me, or just wanted attention.

At 3 months, he may genuinely be hungry and you don't want to deprive your child. Once he starts eating real food, 10 months or so, you should be able to just ignore the cries and let him go back to sleep on his own.

I am fortunate to have a great sleeper- she goes from 8pm thru til 5 pm and then straight back to sleep til half 8. I was giving her a dream feed about 11pm for about 2 weeks and this was when she started to sleep thru longer. i then braved missing the dream feed and she continued to sleep. I know a lot of people who say once u put them in their own room they seem to naturally sleep longer but havent yet done this myself as i like having her in my room.

make sure that he has a full stomach and a warm bath always helps, there are formulas that are made for night time to help the baby sleep, but some babies are different. hopefully you find something that works for you.

hey, i was blessed with an excellent sleeper (slept thru from 4 weeks), but this is what i did...

i gave her a 'dreamfeed' at 10pm. i'd turn off all the lights (or have a dim light so i could see what i was doing) and not interact at all with her. most times i could do it without actually waking her. if she did wake up i didn't make eye contact or talk to her. she took the bottle while asleep. i gently burped her afterwards, and that's was pretty much it.

in all honesty i think she's just a brilliant baby (my theory is i had such a shit pregnancy that i was rewarded with a great baby) so not sure if that will work for you. good luck!!
