Hi. I'm 19 and I've been exclusively breastfeeding my son since birth. He would never take a bottle and honestly I'm ok with that because I love the alone time with him. He woke up fine this morning, but then he had visitation with his dad. When he came home he was sneezing and his nose was dripping like crazy. After a while he started coughing. I guess what I would like to know is, do I give my some the antibodies he needs even if I'm not sick? Or should I make an appointment to see if I can get some antibiotics for him and continue breastfeeding? Thanks.:)

Hello, If I were you, I would take him to the doctor. Although, he is getting breastfed, they are still able to catch colds, but less prone to catching colds while breastfeeding which is very good!
