Any ideas for a Mother's Day alone with an infant?

My son is nine months old. I am in that in between stage. I'm married, but he's started cheating again so we're discussing divorce. He has decided to take off this weekend. I'm a stay-at-home mom in a state I don't really know anyone. (Hawaii) I was wondering if anyone had ideas what my son and I could do for Mother's Day. I mean he is only nine months, but it's my first Mother's day as a parent so I want to do something. My son is my world, and with my husband wanting little to do with him other then a smile now and then I want to do something special for him anyway. (haha funny how Mother's Day is turning into Michael's Day.) So, any ideas? I didn't know where else to ask.

I was going to say they prints as well!!! Or how about you pack a little picnic and head down to the park for a nice walk and little play, be sure to take you camera as I'm sure you will find someone who can take a few pics for you and then frame them.
Men can be real a**holes sometimes but just always remember that no matter what he does he can never take the fact away that you are a mother to a beautiful baby boy and that is something you will get to treasure for many years to come. Enjoy your first mothers day with your son.

What about doing some prints of your son's hands and feet? Simply - get some poster paint (or similar non-toxic paint), paint his feet and hands then print them onto paper/card. When dry, write the date on the pictures and frame them. Wash paint off his hands/feet between prints and then a good bath to wash off residue paint.
