How do I get my 10 month old to finally sleep through the night?

It's a process. I agree with Crystal - that worked for me. Mix a little rice cereal with your milk or formula and feed it to your baby before bedtime. If you haven't introduced solids at all yet, start slow because it may give him/her gas at first. If you have, then give as many spoonfuls as baby will take. Also, if you're giving bottles (or feeding) through the night, slowly start to replace those feedings with a little water instead.

your baby may not be ready to sleep through the night yet... every baby is different... my daughter didn't until she was almost 2 my son has been sleeping through the night for several months now...

you can try a bowl of cerial just before bed that will help fill up the tummy for a longer amount of time. they may or may not sleep through the night but for sure longer.
