Hey Jessica!

I am not sure how old your lil guy is but I have a few tips that I used to get my little girl to sleep through the night. She started sleeping through at 6 weeks. I got really lucky I think though. After I had her I got some really good advice from a public health nurse. She mentioned to limit the daytime naps to 3 hours or less and try to keep them up as long as they would allow. Also if you are bottle feeding you may want to increase the amount he is drinking so that he is satisfied to go through the night.. A bedtime routine is key. As soon as my daughter was born I used the 4 bs technique. Bath, bottle, book and then bed. Worked great! And even still now at 17 months she knows that after her bath it is bedtime! Makes bedtime so easy! Baths relax them and make it easier to calm at the end of the day.You could always try bedtime lotion as well. It works for my daughter on those days where she isn't in the best of moods. Like i said I am not sure how old he is but you can try to have a part of your bedtime routine to include time where he can use more of his energy before you get into the quiet time. Also I am not sure if he is sleeping with you but studies have proved that children sleep much better when they have their own bed to sleep in. They tend to sleep longer and are much more refreshed in the morning. And it doesn't cause an issue for you later on when you want your bed to yourself again. Well i hope some of this is helpful to you! I wish you all the best!

LIMIT HIS NAPS AND KEEP HIM BUSY OR ACTIVE DURING THE DAY AND READ TO HIM AT BED TIME UNTIL HE'S SLEEPY OR FALLS ASLEEP.THAT SHOULD WORK.GOOD LUCK
