wish you the best of luck. You can probably go through social services to try to have the child support order taken out on him. Wish I could. My babys daddy is an illegal and they can't find him

I work for an attorneys office and my best suggestion for you is to get an attorney and file with the courts. After they are so far behind they will be put in jail. Also, in most counties they will send something to there employer to have is automatically deducted from there check and they really have no say in the matter as long as the employer agrees to do it the father has no say.

Well, I think one way to do it is truoghtout the CSA, yes, when you register with them they the one that chasing him for you&they working togther with the tax office and centrelink. so everything that he'll ever do is always some how going truogh those departments. any information that you have got about him, his employer and his asses just contact CSA, and they will chase it for you. Just remamber that if the father of your children is working " cash in hand" and havent got any contact with centrlink or tax department you will never never can get any money of him. I know is toughand it seems that the systam sometimes working on their side, but is will get cough in the end. Good Luck.( and the mums here right, is can take up to two ayears...unfortuntly:)

I just got through fighting mine for 2 years. The court here apparently has a soft spot for dead beat dads. Mine walked out with his support lowered by half. Now I have to file bankruptcy. there is more to the story but it would take me awhile to type it in. Go to the property assesors office in your county and document any property he owns. If he owns a home, vehicle, etc. you can put a lien on it so that if he sells that property, you will automatically get your money from the top of that sale. Find an attorney that has an excellent history of fighting for single parents to get support and winning. These are just a few ideas. Good luck!

If you find out, please let me know. We have court ordered child support with our 2 kids. I have not recieved one payment yet. So even if you take him to court, he still has a choice not to pay. My kids' father says he'd rather be in jail than to be forced to pay anything. I tell him that he shouldn't be forced, he should want to support his kids. Good luck

REALLY THERE IS NO WAY BUT AFTER HE GET SO FAR BEHIND YOU CAN COURT ORDER HIM BACK TO COURT AND THEY LOCK HIM UP UNTIL HE PAY THE BALANCE THAT HE IS BEHIND. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT I AM GOING THRU THE SAME THING
