Runny poo is VERY dangerous...especially for 2 weeks.  Take her to the docs office so they can evaluate.  They will want to access how many wet diapers she is having and any possible food allergies she might have based on any new foods she might have eaten.  Does she have older siblings or could someone have given her peanut butter, strawberries, or other highly allergic foods, etc.

Not to scare you, but I had this happen with a close friend of mine and after only a few days she took her son to the ER.  They ran tests and found that he had 'water on the brain' and almost had to have surgery immediately to save his life.  Luckily it cleared up with some medicine without surgery.

Wet diapers and stool consistency is your biggest key to knowing if something is wrong with your baby other than a fever.

Have you tried pedyalite? Pops seem to work best and if she doesn't want them frozen you can give her it straight from the fridge, chilled and let her just drink it. Lots of crackers too! Good luck and I hope she feels better

this happened to my son not to long ago and i switched him to lactose free milk and hes fine now, he is lactose intolerant and it was all of a sdden 1 day he just started gettin funny looking loose weird colored poo this may be the caus try it and see what happens and also make sure that te inside of her mouth is wet and her eyes are wet and that she is having several wet diapers a day caus there is a risk of dehydration...if the milk isnt the caus i would take her to a new dr for a second oppinion

well, from what I have learned with my son is that dairy doesn't help the runs, but when they are so young what else are you to do? If she is having several pee diapers a day and the inside of her mouth is wet and not pasty I have been told by nurses and doctors that he's okay.

This doesn't help your nerves so take her in to give yourself some piece of mind. Could she be teething? My son gets the poops when he gets new teeth.

Might sound crazy but I have celiacs disease and it is very easy to do a blood test for it. Are there any other symtoms besides the diarhrea? Did She just start real food. Celiacs is a food allergy that could cause that. Don't mean to scare you it's just a thought.... good luck... Tina

I would take her to the er. Especially considering she has had if for two weeks. My son went through that but not that long. They worry about dehydration. I would definitely take her to the ER.
