my son also had the same issues wen it came to talking and potty training...his grand mother( my mom) playd a very big role and eventuali he got it ryt..wen it comes to toking i think other children in the same age group have some influence..myb he can go to daycare for a few hours a day...on the other hand...children develop differently and reach their milestones differently...so give him time and keep working with him..same goes for potty training..good luck and enjoy ur baby!

My niece went through the not eating phase around the same age and now my nephew is going through it as well - "I don't like that" or "I don't want to" are his only answers aside from "Uh huh" or "no"... I try to give him options instead of telling him he has to eat something or something specific... I tell him - "hey, it's lunch time - do you want (option a) or (option b)?! Then tell him if he can finish at least half of what he's having for lunch he'll get a suprise and I give him a dessert or a chocolate milk and reward him for being a big boy and eating well - he's been doing better, but you're not alone - ask your pediatrician for other pointers, but this worked for my niece and my nephew - or find one thing that he WILL eat and as long as it's healthy, and from my sister's doctor saying as long as he isn't losing weight and is maintaining weight', then make sure he's taking in enough fluids - if he'll drink juice, I suggest V8 Fusion juices as they have fruits and vegetables, taste great, and the V8 Fusion Light has 50% less sugar and my daughter loves it - I still dilute it with 1/3 water and the 2/3 juice and add a couple ice cubes - she loves to shake her sippy with the ice in it.  Hope I helped!
