My 31/2 year old know how to use potty alone, flushes toilet, washes hands, the whole nine; but she still pee's in her pants. What can I do to encourage her to always go by herself?

with my children it was praise. lots and lots of clapping and yelling "yaayyy you did it!! you're a big girl/boy!" and explain to them that big girls and boys use the potty and stay dry. let her see that you do the same thing, the whole nine...sitting down, doing the business, and the getting up and washing your hands. Hopefully if she sees mommy doing it she'll be more likely to join in. Kids always want to "be like" the adults around them, they are very influentual. (Be happy you aren't potty traing a boy...they are a lot more difficult. For more reasons than one!)
