I am a young single mother of a 4months old baby soon to be 5months.

There are many toys out there to chew on. For my daughter I tried different things. So she started teething at 2 in half months. I couldn't use gel since it was only 4months & I still don’t use it. They say like the old time use alcohol but I dislike it. So I took her soother and dip it in a bowl of ice cube. If your child doesn't use a soother use a cloth with your finger or put it in the freezer as wetting it first. There this finger condom massager thing between 3$-5$. I discover last month that there this soother call RaZ-Berry Silicone Teether it between 6$-10$. I have been wetting the soother then putting it in the freezer and leaving it there. I wash it every time after she uses it and repeat. You can also wet any other teething toys and put it in the freezer.

Try it, hope it help.
