My son is struggling with teething, to such extend that we don't get much sleep & it seems that nothing is working. Any ideas???

Tip use the Red RazBerry Silicone Teether soother to chew on & put it in the freezer when she/he doesn’t use it also clean it every use. I know some of you never heard of this but try it. Buy some baby Vicks put it on her/his feet with socks and behind her/his ears & lower cheek. I swear she/he will fall asleep quicker than you think & will be in less pain. I do the same and use Vicks on myself when I have a cold, ear infection, fever.

Good luck

My boys never liked the wash cloth, but the frozen rings were a life-saver! I've read that alternating between frozen and unfrozen teethers makes their teeth cut faster and in pairs. I don't know how true that is, but my 8 month old cut 8 teeth in a period of one month, 4 teeth at a time. It was a nightmare. Another thing that helped was giving him small doses of infant Tylenol but instead of squirting it into his cheek, put it directly on his gums. His pediatrician said it can be absorbed through his gums and possibly ease the pain faster. If nothing else, it made him sleepy so I got a few hours rest...

Freezer teething rings, if he is 6 mos and up teething biscuits broken into small bits. The cold washcloth sounds like a wonderful idea.

I was lucky that none of my babies had trouble but a couple of friends use to. one friend gave her little man a metal teaspoon to play with he would suck on it and the cold would soothe him, but he was always wet from dribble. another friend would give her little one a damp face cloth again out of the fridge so it was cold and he would chew on it. i guess this would only help if your little one is old enough to hold it himself. and if its not to cold.
