Weight Loss

I am a young mother of two and I am very eager to lose some weight for the summer and to get my energy back, I was just wondering if anyone has some specific weight loss tips that can really help me?

Thanks for posting this question,...i have recently become the single mom of two and with working full time and trying to make sure they aren't suffering at all is becoming so hard. And my wight has been what has suffered because all i do is snack at work and then once i am home i just go for whatever is easiest because i don't want to cook or have to clean up another room that late. That in turn has made me feel terrible about myself and dating just isn't happening which i of course blame on my weight but then just go home and eat to make the pain stop....ugh i don't know what to do. I'm in a bad place right now.

I use Weight Watchers and in 11 weeks have drop 29+ pounds. It can get expensive, but I figure that I can afford to do this because I am not spending that money on fast food anymore.

like the questiona and interest in the replyies. i have benn trying to keep more fresh fruits and veggie in my house but the some of them seem to go bad before i can finish them all. any suggesion on how to keep the freshness

Hi

After my second child I went up to 14 stone...I lost it by basic healthy eating i made sure i had loads of apples strawberries, melon and grapes and sliced cucumber around for when i got the munchies, as a single mum also i know money is tight..i go to my local fruit n veg shop it is a little bit of a walk but the walking is good excercise :) i also tried to cut back on things like bread, potatoes and pasta. But the best thing I did was drink loads and loads of water, I keep drink bottles and fill them with water and keep them in the fridge so they are nice and refreshing.

Boredom was a major factor for me so now if i feel the munchies coming I get the kids ready and go for a walk or to the park or have a good cupboard sort out. I f you have any one to help look after the kids for half an hour 3 times a week start running or if you can go for a swim, you can even take the children swimming, this is the best excersise you can do as it tones tour whole body.
