I am a mom of two. My daughter is nine and is really a dancer at heart, but is giving basketball a try this year (4th grade). She dances two nights a week and has basketball two nights a week - sometimes three - very busy girl.

My son is seven and plays soccer. He is just starting to get good at it this year - his third year. It's so fun to watch.

I never thought I would enjoy carting my kids around to different functions and sports, but really, I am so proud of them for all of their effort that I do it willingly. Of course it helps to have a husband to help too!

How about everyone else?

Hey our kids are the same age =]

I feel the same.

It's great to be going crazy w/ their schedules, school and games. =]

I wouldn't trade it for a thing!

Seeing them out on the field, giving it their all and after they feel so great about themselves and all they've accomplished.

I really enjoy having my kids involved in all that they can! My husband and I like to expose our children to everything that we can and just give them a perspective that they can do anything that they want to, I think sports gives them confidence in themselves. My kids are currently playing Softball and Baseball, which started not too long ago. Before that my daughter was playing Basketball and my son was playing Rugby.

It's all great fun.

Good for you! I never thought I'd be in this position myself let alone imagine being a baseball mom driving to baseball games, cheering, rooting for my son and the team, feeling their pain when they lose, etc. But, I enjoy every minute of it! I had two of them at one time, it was difficult trying to get to two games at once, but my husband and I made it through it last year. We're looking forward to next year. I wonder what's in store for us next year???
