My oldest, and only daughter, is involved in EVERYTHING SPORTS. Her absolute passion, though, is softball. She pretty much plays year-round, but since we live in a smaller town, outside of a major city, she is able to play other school sports in addition to softball. She also plays basketball, runs track, is on the state powerlifting team, and is a cheerleader. We're always running. I love watching her play, but I sometimes this too much for her??? She is a sophomore this year, and we told her if her grades suffered, some things would have to go...but she got all As and B+s first quarter!! :)

Our middle son plays baseball, football, and basketball. He loves all three, and his seasons don't overlap yet, but they do overlap with his sister's sports - especially during the summer. My husband and I do our best to both attend all that we can, but sometimes we need to split up to make sure one of us is at each game. Our 4 year old has become a very educated sports fan!! :)

I have 2 daughters. My youngest is a sophomore in high school and has narrowed her sports down to cheerleading. My oldest is a sophomore in college on a softball scholarship!!!!!!! Yeah her !!!!! She also did many sports and we were always running. Especially the travel balll as I am sure you know. Driving 2 hours to watch a softball game then waiting another 2 hours for the next....... If she did not do that she would not be at the college she is now at saving us lots of money. I say, as long as the grades..stay good, why not let her do it all. Maybe she too can get some sort of aid for college. If you need tips on how to get her looked at by scouts let me know.
