Do you think it's too early for that??? My son is 11 weeks old and for the last week or so it seems like at least once a day he gets himself worked up to the point where it's damn near impossible to calm him down..he'll cry (&scream) really hard and then calm down to me rocking/bouncing/pacing etc but then after being calmed down for a min or two he'll start screaming again =[[ sometimes when he first starts to cry I'll rub his gums with my pinky and he'll start chewing on it and will calm down but that doesn't always work =[ poor little guy! I feel bad for him and I don't know what to do to help him out! Any Suggestions??

my son did the same thing @ 3 months but you couldnt see his teeth till he was around 4.5 months. then i noticed both his bottom teeth are coming in @ the same time! i recommend the Gentle Naturals Homeopathic Teething Drops they work great! the package has Pooh on the box, they are all natural ingredients & have no side effects. Some kids are born with a tooth slightly exposed & some dont get their 1st tooth till 13 months. (dont know how they start real food @ a yr w/ no teeth. gumming crackers?)

My daughter is 15 months old and has 12 teeth...she got her first 2 teeth at 4 mos! I use all natural teething tabs...it helps with the inflammation. Also, if you feel comfortable with it...I buy the pretzel rods and break them in half. The salt on them rubs her gums and she likes them. Lots of freezer pops...crunch them up in a bowl like a slushy and feed them to her...the cold numbs the pain for a bit...I have figured out that if I let her walk around while she is eating it then she will eat the whole thing. Hope this helps!

he may or may not be. my son cut his first tooth at 3 months old! he also lost his first tooth before he went to kindergarden! both of my daughters acted like they were teething at the same early age but my 1 daughter didnt get a tooth til about 7 months old. my other daughter is 7 months now and i swear she has been teething for the past 4 months or so...

have you tried a wet washcloth put in the freezer? good luck!
