How about a party at home? Thats what we did for our first and will probably do for our little one in Oct, its never a small party at ours though as we have lots of family but keep it simple when they are so young, save the money for the big parties when they are older!

yeah i agree keep it simple. for my little girl we had family over for a bbq. you have to remember they are stll young and will tire easily especially with the excitement of having alot of people around. no need to stress just have some balloons and few decorations and enjoy celebrating your childs life

Thats nice, hope the weather is good for you then, I live in Scotland and it always rains here! We are having our little ones christening at home next week and if the weather is rubbish then I will have 40 people in my house aaargh!!!!

cant have a party here we live in a flat, we going to have it at a park were we had his naming day.
