Hi.. I have a 7.5 month old daughter.. untill now we have been having cereal for breaky with a bottle, 11am bottle, 2pm bottle, 5pm Solids and 7pm bottle and bed. I think we are ready to introduce lunch time solids but im just not sure if I should be cutting out a bottle or if I should give her the food as an extra. Maybe I have been to strict with the feeding times n its time to relax? Would appreciate the help!

i think that she should be eating all three meals by now at the start there should of been an outline with morning lunch and dinner, if you find her constipaded than she should be eating more solids 4bottles a day with 3 meals a day is ok but every baby is different hope this was helpful

Yes for sure add in the lunch. Both my kids were eating 4 meals a day by 6 months. 8am cereal and bottle noon solids and bottle 5pm solids and bottle 6:30pm cereal and bottle right before bed. Try holding off on the 11am bottle and slowly move it towards noon when you would eat lunch and add in the solids a bit at a time as you get closer to the noon time. I would cut the 2pm bottle, she will probably cut it herself actually. A child her age needs between 24-30ozs of formula a day. Seems like you have a good routine so stick to it for the most part you'll just have to slowly pull one bottle out and move one forward:)
Good luck and happy adventures!!

i dont think your being to strict with the feeding times routine is the best, maybe introduce lunch time solids and see how she goes if she's still hungry after lunch give her another bottle or vice versa
