Am I the only one

I've never been the "hanging out" type and have never really had a steady group of friends. But ever since I became a SAHM I am totally out of the loop. I used to work in a bar so I was around people ALL of the time. I occasionally went out with co-workers but now it is the complete opposite. I am with my children ALL of the time (with the exception of school days) and really have no adult interaction. And when I am around adults, it's usually people without kids and that can become annoying when the all of a sudden become "experts' on child rearing. Please tell me I'm not alone, drowning in a sea of never ending childhood.

Totally relating!!! I'm not the 'hanging out' type either and working from home limits the social interactions I share. So no, you're definitely not alone!!
