I just had my newborn August 27th. And Before I was put on bed rest during the pregnancy I had a schedule for my 3 year old and one year old and we would do things out of the house all the time. Now I am limited to doing things, and because of the age differences I am pretty lost on what to do or how to even get organized to get back to a schedule. I do not really have the time to do learning activites anymore ( we used to do a daycare type schedule) And I do not want them just sitting around watching tv all day. Any Suggestions?

@ Jessica Thank you. We did the pots and pans thing while I cooked today and I let them help me make dessert. Dress up sounds cool, hubbs was actually cleaning out the closet so maybe I can sew some stuff up for them to have some pretend play. We do coloring but I mean these things never last all day long I guess I need to set up play areas like learning centers and have it that way:) AHHHH that's what I should do! Yipee thanks Ladies :)

@Lauren. Thanks for your response. We had a lot of volunteers to come and help after the baby came yet they haven't contacted me or kept their word now that she is here. I we have bubbles they play with them but it doesn't matter keep their attention too long. My husband works over night so he's pretty tired during the day. Guess I'll have to get on my P's and Q' s, and get somethings together

oh wow you have your hands full. Bubbles are fun for all ages. It would be nice if you had someone that could come hang out and help with activities and everything. Have a good afternoon.
